NHN - Maple Bourbon

All of our Notch Hill Nut varieties start with the same three-nut mix: equal parts Almonds, Pecans, and Cashews. Maple Bourbon is by far our best selling nut variety. The combination of sweet maple syrup and locally distilled bourbon-style whiskey (Thank you, After Dark Distillary in Sicamous!) creates a complex flavour with hints of smokey oak, vanilla, and cinnamon. (This variety uses real whiskey, however any alcohol content is cooked off during the roasting process.)
